200/4 Zeiss Tele-Tessar for Contaflex 126

The 200/4 Tele-Tessar only fits the Contaflex 126 camera, and was the longest lens for any Contaflex camera. It is a six element design, and uses 67mm threaded filters. It's very difficult to find.
