Kodak No.2 Flexo

A Kodak box camera of unusual design, this was the replacement for the Falcon. The sides are wooden panels connected by the leather covering, the leather acting as a hinge. Not a design to last forever, and most of the existing examples show some level of cracking and spliting at the hinges.

This camera was produced from 1899-1913, and was also available in Europe as the Plico.
