Ihagee Exa
The Exakta was an expensive camera. In order to make it more affordable to enter the Exakta
system, or to add a second body, the Exa was offered in 1952. It is a simplified and more
compact version of the Exakta. The Exa outlived the Exakta, production continuing under VEB
Pentacon until at least the late 1970's.
