The 35/3.5 Herar is lens that never really made it past the prototype stage. Manufactured in 1938, only a handful are know to exist in Contax mount. The barrel was similar to the 35mm Biogon and Orthometar, a heavy chrome over brass construction. Although it was reputed to perform well, and would have been a less expensive alternative to the Biogon, it never went into serial production.
