Photoelctric Exposure Meter

The Photoelctric Exposure Meter, black, with original box.
Nippon Kogaku introduced the exposure meter as part of the SP system in 1957. The earliest meters had a grey top, with a black bottom. These are very rare. Later versions are finished completely in black. Serail numbers suggest a production run of about 17.000 meters. They fit the SP, S3, S4 and S3M. They were supplied with a difusser for incident metering and a case. A booster, in it's own case, was an accessory. They also made a very rare chain with a shoe to mount on the meter's foot.
